CustomTrack is a division of Netwave Design, and located in Murfreesboro, TN a suburb of Nashville. The company was founded in early 2003 with the goal of enhancing and delivering true customer service through the use of cutting-edge technology. The president of this company, Tony Holloway, spent over 15 years in the audio/video industry. His inspiration came from his knowledge of the industry and his love of computers. After his many years of experience, he believes that customer service is what distinguishes custom shops.

With more custom shops and the housing growth rate declining his goal was to offer something that would enable the customer to have an emotional attachment to their installation. He envisioned the shop as not just a place where you purchased equipment and hope it was installed correctly, but an experience with customers playing the key role. He envisioned the online experience to be a place where customers come back time and again and invite their friends and family to view the installation online.

He also recognized that documentation of all issues is the key to success of any project and first hand that communication is the element that makes customers happy. Combine that with the new dot.com economy and thus; CustomTrack was born!
